BRIEFING
This page will give you a transparent peek into my war plans for no purpose other than to help hold me more accountable. I also just like to keep my inner circle informed on what I’m up to as I always have many irons in the fire.
Through these reports, I will reveal to you some (not all) of the major goals and objectives I am pushing toward in both my personal life and my business endeavors.
War Planning is what I call my planning system and the process behind it. I do it every day in some capacity but the reports I will share here with you will always be quarterly-based updates.
In each of these reports, I will provide a recap of the previous quarter’s results and a projection of the foreseeable future.
SITREP
Welcome to 2025, my friends! We’ve been blessed with another year to grow and refine ourselves. However, you won’t see me taking on any 75 hards, 30-day transform this or thats, or announcing any new year “resolutions.” I committed years ago to a major lifestyle and identity shift. I’m not looking for temporary fast fixes or gimmicks. The only thing that truly works at the end of the day is a true lifestyle change, intending to be a forever endeavor. The sooner you accept this truth, the faster you will evolve. All the habits, actions, projects, goals, and systems that govern my life are extremely intentional and conducive to my ultimate self and dream life. Don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing inherently wrong with taking on these types of challenges. They can be helpful to kick-start you into a new way of living. I’ll honestly probably create a few of them for our tribe over time. However, these challenges should always come second to a core upgrade to your standards and belief systems. Without that foundation, the results you get from these challenges will likely fade just as quickly as you got them, and you will revert to old habits. If you want lasting transformation… You need the right operating system.
I spent a decade creating my Warrior Operating System to help me achieve optimal performance across all areas of my life. Because my life is, for the most part, totally mapped out… My only real goal these days is to build my discipline and stick to my schedule and routines year after year. I understand this may sound extreme or crazy to some of you, to be so hyper-organized and planned, but I’m not here to tell you how to live or convince you of anything. I don’t expect or care if you understand my approach, to be honest. I stopped begging people to care about their lives a long time ago after coaching thousands of people, only to discover that 99% of them are never going to take action, no matter what. I used to allow it to drive me insane, and I hated it. Now, I just like to share what works for me and let my results speak for themselves. I don’t spend my days trying to repair or improve other people anymore. I am focused on myself and my operations to be the best example of my method that I can be. Those who truly desire the growth will pick up what I put down, and those who don’t… won’t.
You can lead people to the door, but unfortunately, only they can choose to walk through it. I know that if I show up, do the planned work, and stay focused, I will achieve all of my goals. There’s really no secret sauce to it. Just plan your work, then work your plan. It’s very simple… Always has been. People are just simply too pussy to stick to the mission long enough to see a victory. For the less than 1% who will, those are the people I will pour into. Everyone else can take advantage of the plethora of free tools, tactics, and resources I have built over my career. Joining the Warrior Tribe is the best place to start if you want maximum growth and preparedness in life, and yes, you can get started with us for free. However, you gotta pay and play if you really want the magic to happen. Don’t be afraid to invest in yourself, it’s the best investment you’ll ever make.
In other news, I’m glad to say goodbye to 2024. It was a really rough year for a lot of us. I’m pretty optimistic about this year and I’m excited to keep on keeping on. Let’s dive into some of the highs and lows of these past few months, as well as some targets and objectives for this quarter.
HIGHLIGHT REEL
- Completed the 2.0 Warrior Operating System template, training, and product launch. This was a huge effort that I am extremely happy to have completed.
- Me and Wrecktify launched our live music stream where we conduct music reviews from artist submissions. We are also planning to do live production, mixing & mastering, and writing sessions too later this year.
- Completed multiple 24 hour, and 72 hour fasts. I’ve been trying to get more and more disciplined with these. Every week I aim for a 24, and every month a 72. It’s great for health and fitness, but I really find the value in the mental aspects of it.
- Dropped multiple songs… Prayin’ For My Enemies, Prisoners, and Time’s Up. You can stream them now on all platforms!
- Completed a 5 Mile ruck run. I aim for 1 of these per month but I unfortunately only got 1 in during the last quarter. Going to do better on these this year.
- Launched WARCOM 2.0 — Which is a preparedness management system that functions as a drop-in sub-system to the Warrior OS. It’s a tool for our tribe members to better organize their preps, plans, network, and much more.
- Got my 4th and final stripe on my BJJ Blue Belt. Purple is right around the corner now and I’m pretty stoked to achieve this goal.
- Our son Tank also achieved his first BJJ belt promotion in the kids’ ranks, which made me super proud.
- Picked up a new virtual guitar and amp for the instrument collection. These new tools will now allow me to really start digging more into metal production which is something I’ve been looking forward to for a long time now.
- Wrote a handful of great hooks and partial verses for songs and produced a ton of beats for future projects. Can’t wait for you all to hear them!
LOWLIGHT REEL
- Financial stress took a toll on us after the Hurricane and flooding. It was a rough few months, but we are steadily recovering.
- Our grandparents are getting older, and health scares are happening more frequently, which has made it extra stressful during these times. Thankfully, everyone pulled through, and we got to spend another year with everyone we love.
- While I did accomplish a ruck run and a few fasts, I also missed some, which set me back on my fitness goals.
- Endured two rough bouts of stomach bugs that ran through the whole Primal crew for a couple of weeks. This bogged me down quite a bit.
- Had a small finger injury from BJJ that took a few weeks to calm down.
- Also missed a little training due to exhaustion from overtraining. Sometimes, I fail to listen to my body when it really needs recovery, and I will continue pushing myself just because I’m stubborn. Going to do better at listening to my body. The question I wrestle with is always, “Do I actually need rest, or am I just trying to be lazy and get out of the work?” I am very Goggins about this, so I always tell myself to stop being a bitch and get to work, lol.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
PERSONAL
- BJJ Purple Belt – Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fit enough class time in over the last few months to get it. I’m super close and should get it within this quarter, though. Very excited to reach this milestone in my BJJ journey.
- Health & Fitness – My goal over the next 3 months is still the same: to get down to 200lbs. I have been bouncing between 220-225 for a hot minute now. It’s always challenging to stay nutritionally disciplined over the holidays. Now that they’re over, it will be a bit easier to stay on point. This quarter, I’m going to refine my nutrition plans, do more rucking and fasting, and implement even more accountability measures. I’m a long way from where I used to be, and I’m very happy with my progress, but it’s time to get more weight off this year. I’m happy with my strength levels now and want to shift into a more athletic-oriented regimen this year. Specifically, sprinting because, apparently, something like 97% of men past the age of 30 will never sprint again in their lives. That stat shocked me and made me realize how long it had been since I last made a max effort sprint. I’m strong now with decent muscle mass, but I’m not used to carrying it. I hope that doing sprints again will help with that, and I will get my speed and agility back, too. I’m pretty agile and fast for my size, to be honest, not many people my size move as well as I do, but I know I can get much better. I honestly feel like I’m just now entering my prime years. — I’ve also been dealing with some sciatic nerve pain for the last year that has dramatically affected my performance and training. I will be linking up with my friend and personal trainer, Shawn, with Delphi Fitness to help me try and fix this issue. If that doesn’t work I’ll be going to get an MRI and see what the doctors can do. If I can get this injury resolved I plan to fight again in MMA at some point.
- House – We’re still aiming to finish the 2nd half of our privacy fence, and potentially get started on the covered outdoor workout pad I have been planning for a while now. I will also be setting up a cold plunge soon.
PRIMAL OPTICS
- Music – As of my birthday drop coming up on the 17th of Jan, I will have achieved my goal of dropping 20 singles. My main focus moving forward through this year will be on promoting this body of work while I continue writing and producing for my debut album. I will still do some collabs and more singles when it makes sense, but dropping every month will not be my goal this year. I want to keep dropping as much as I can, but I will mainly try to stay locked in on my album projects. This year, expect to see a lot more short-form music videos showcasing my released songs and maybe some unreleased ones, too.
- Live Music Stream – Me and Wrecktify successfully launched our live stream last quarter as intended and it went great for the most part. We started with live song reviews from artist submissions. This quarter, we’re going to push to start live production sessions, mixing & mastering, and even some writing sessions. This is just a way for us to give back to the artist community, and grow and connect with our own fanbases.
MASK TACTICAL
- Operation: Traffic Jam – We weren’t able to kick this off last quarter like we wanted to due to the hurricane and flooding. This is now our main priority for the business. This project is all about driving traffic to our operation through a combination of paid ads and organic content. All product sales are good, but tribe recruitment is the focus. We will be launching this project in phases throughout the year but we are starting with a couple of ads to grow our Discord server which is free to join with paid plans for those who want to truly take their preparedness and life to new levels.
- The Primal Method Book – I have to design new book mockups for marketing and SEO graphics, as well as create a nice video or two for advertising purposes. Something else we also need is good testimonials and reviews on the amazon listing. So, if you’ve read my book, it would mean the world to me if you could help out with this effort! - Warrior Mission Program – I didn’t get to put a lot of priority on this program last year, but this year we’re going to have more capacity for it. We have several new missions in development right now. You can expect to see more new mission guides rolling out more towards Q2.
