No catch! Our deals are legit. However, we do have a few small limitations unless you opt for one of our awesome add-on services. All of these limitations are easily overcome with our optional add-ons. We structured it this way because we know not everyone needs a full spectrum package. So instead of forcing you to overpay for things you won’t or can’t take advantage of, we broke it all down to a simple plug-and-play pricing strategy that’s designed to scale with you as you grow.

Limitations (Unless add-on is purchased):

• We don’t create your video thumbnails.

Again, if you need publishing, thumbnails, grab an add-on! If you need something outside the scope of our plans, just ask! There’s honestly not much we can’t do.

With our deep roots in content creation, we’ve developed a lot of experience. We can provide a few things that most people in this space either don’t or can’t offer. Do bear in mind that these things mentioned below are exclusive to custom single projects and all single projects are priced uniquely. These services below require more attention, time, and talent. Therefore we are unable to edit these types of videos under our basic unlimited editing plan. We can however quote you for a single project for any of these styles of video projects.

• We CAN do cinematic filming and edits
• We CAN do music videos

When it comes to visuals, we can do just about anything you need. We can edit everything you need, but when it comes to capturing the content, we handle those projects on a single project basis as every project is unique and there’s no one size fits all price for such a thing. So, if you need something outside of the scope of a plan, just ask and we can give you a quick quote!

Every video project is different and each one presents its own challenges in editing. This is what we do though, so rest easy. Our goal is to produce your projects within 1-2 business days. Once we drop a draft in your drive, we will alert you that it’s ready for you to review and you will be able to go and leave your first round of revision comments (If needed at all).

From there, we will take all those revision requests back to the editing room and fix any issues within 1-2 more business days. If there are minimal revisions, we will typically be able to pump it out much faster. You can request as many revisions as you like, but remember the timer resets with every round of revisions. This applies to both our unlimited video and photo editing plans.

Overall, our goal is to get to know you well enough that we can consistently hit the mark on the first edit. This takes a little time. So in the beginning, edits can lean a little more towards the far side of our time goal. As we get to know you better things will get faster and more consistent.

One thing you’ll learn about me and my team, is that we don’t do anything without efficiency. I can’t sleep at night if things aren’t efficient. We have developed a very streamlined process for all of our services.

We will be providing you with a unique client radar board so that you can visually see all of your projects and their statuses in one place. (In the queue, editing, pending review, completed, etc) This board will also contain all critical info for your project. It’s a great tool and we feel this will provide you with some peace of mind. It’s great to know where things are in the process. We never want you to wonder when it comes to us. We’re huge advocates for transparency.

As far as actual communication goes. We meet you where it’s most convenient for you. You can call us during business hours, email us anytime, facebook message your editor directly, discord, video calls, whatever you need.

There are some other places we will communicate about revisions, but we will explain those to you during onboarding.

Great question… You can submit as many edits and revision rounds as you wish, just remember that each projects edit or revisions take 1-2 days to process. We also only work on 1 project at a time. This ensures we are giving each project the level of attention to detail it deserves.

So if you have 1,000 videos to edit, we can certainly help you edit them all under these paramiters, but we wouldn’t be able to accomplish them all in a month. So submit as many as your heart desires, and we will work our way through them as fast as we can.

We process each project in order of submission unless you elect for us to prioritise one over the others.

We do not offer free trials for services rendered. It’s not like software where you can hop in and test drive the tools and it doesn’t cost the developers anything. Since we are providing a service that requires both time and talent, we are unable to offer any free trials.

However, we do occasionally run special deals and promotions, including first edits for free as a way to introduce new people to our brand and services. We also offer a money-back guarantee and no long term contracts to put your mind at ease. If you don’t like working with us, we’re not going to force you to.

It can vary based on your editor, but we primarily operate on Mac OS and use a combination of Final Cut Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite to ensure high quality work.

We are headquatered in Johnson City, TN – USA, and our normal operating hours are between 9am-5pm EST. We’re not always available to reply outside of these hours but we do our best to respond as fast as we can. So it’s not uncommon to communicate with us beyond normal hours.

The Commitment

It’s super simple. We didn’t want to lock anyone into something they didn’t enjoy and find value in. So we decided against long term contracts. Our plans are simple month to month recurring subscriptions that can be canceled at anytime. We can’t imagine you’d want to, but we give you that freedom. We understand things change.

If you wish to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade any plans with us, you can do so at anytime by contacting us. We can handle it all for you. For cancelations, you must cancel before your accounts rebill occurs. We will not process any refunds if you cancel after you’ve been billed for a new month. We send out upcoming payment reminder emails as well. You’ll see more information regarding cancelations and refunds in our client services agreement that you’ll agree to when signing up for services.

How To Get Started

Getting started is very simple. All you need to do is select your package in the pricing tables above, and follow the easy onboarding process we have laid out for you. It will take 24-48 hours to get you fully onboarded and familiar with our process, after that you’re free to start dropping edit requests!
